Welcome Dr. Karen Thompson
We're happy to introduce Dr. Karen Thompson, who will be leading patient care at Precision Dental Partners. Dr. Thompson is a two-time UNC-Chapel Hill graduate with nearly 30 years of experience in general and restorative dentistry. After dental school, she served in the United States Air Force and was selected for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency, where she received advanced training in oral surgery, prosthodontics, periodontics, and general care. She's called the Charlotte and Matthews area home since 2004.
Patients know Dr. Thompson for her gentle approach and for taking the time to build real relationships. She's an active member of the American Dental Association and the Spear Study Club, and she volunteers on dental mission trips, including two in Kenya. When she's not in the office, she's cheering on college sports, traveling with her husband, or spending time outdoors with her three college-age kids. We look forward to introducing you.
